After the smoke dies down and the debris cools, the Fire Investigator is one of the first to assess the Origin & Cause of the fire. The initial investigation at any fire loss will identify any potential liabilities, subrogation, risk exposure and possible intentional acts of arson.

Phoenix provides Certified Fire Investigators (CFEI) with a 24 hour quick response with “in-depth “ accurate examination and documentation of Fire and Explosion scenes. These examinations range from small isolated occurrences to extensive losses, in order to determine Origin and Cause.

Phoenix collects, packages, labels and submits potential evidence for forensic analysis if necessary.

All scene photography, interview videotapes and written documentation is packaged with a detailed comprehensive final report and released back to you in a timely and professional manner with the highest degree of confidentiality.
